سياسة التسليم

  • الإمارات العربية المتحدة: بعد الحصول على دفعة مصرح بها، ستتم معالجة الطلبات وتسليمها في إطار زمني من 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
  • دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: بعد الحصول على دفعة تم التحقق منها، ستتم معالجة الطلبات وتسليمها في إطار زمني من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
  • بقية العالم: سيتم تنفيذ الطلبات وشحنها في غضون 7-15 يوم عمل بعد استلام الدفع الذي تم التحقق منه.

 

ملاحظات

  • خلال شهر رمضان وموسم العيد والعطلات الرسمية الأخرى، قد يمتد وقت المعالجة العادي.
  • سيتم نقل الطلبات عن طريق البريد السريع، واعتمادا على إجراءات التخليص الجمركي، ستختلف أوقات الشحن من بلد إلى آخر.
  • سيتم فرض رسوم توصيل بقيمة 40 درهما إماراتيا داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة و100 درهم إماراتي خارج الإمارات العربية المتحدة للطلبات التي تقل عن 1000 درهم إماراتي.
  • أنت مؤهل للحصول على شحن مجاني داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة وبقية العالم إذا كان إجمالي طلبك أكثر من 1000 درهم إماراتي.

اعتماداً على الوجهة و بلد الشحن ، قد تنطبق الجمارك على الطلب ، أي رسوم إضافية محتملة مرتبطة بالجمارك ليست من مسؤولية تالا



 

 

Delivery Policy

·      UAE: After obtaining an authorized payment, orders will be processed and delivered in a timeframe of 1 to 8 business days.

·       GCC: After obtaining a verified payment, orders will be processed and delivered in a timeframe of 5 to 12 business days.

·       Rest of the world: Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out in 7–15 business days following receipt of verified payment.

 NOTES:

·      During Ramadan, the Eid season, and other public holidays, the regular processing time may extend.

·      Orders will be transported by courier, and depending on customs clearance procedures, shipping times will differ from country to country.

·      Delivery fees of AED 20 inside the UAE and AED 100 outside the UAE will be charged for orders under AED 1000.

·      You are eligible for free shipping inside the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the world if your order totals more than AED 1000.

·      Depending on the destination and country of shipment, customs may be applicable to the order. Any potential additional charges associated with customs are not the responsibility of TALA.
